NYC Navigator believes in giving back to the communities where our employees live and work, and also in dedicating ourselves to the Global issues that are aligned with our company’s values. We support opportunities for employees to get involved in community service and pro bono volunteering. The intention of this program is to encourage and permit employees to take paid time off for volunteer activities during the business day. NYC Navigator’s Volunteer Time-Off (VTO) program allows regular Full Time NYC Navigator employees in all locations to take up to 48 hours of time off with pay each calendar year in accordance with the NYC Navigator VTO program. Part Time employees are eligible at a pro-rated schedule. These hours can be divided over the year, or can be focused into increments of 4 to 8 hours at a time.
